LUTHER KILE, 72.
     Luther P. Kile, 72, of Coleman, died at 12:10 p.m. Friday, January 10, 1986 at the V.A. Hospital in Temple. Services were 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Henderson Funeral Chapel.
     The Rev. Randy Daugherty of Elm Street Church of Christ officiating with burial in Coleman City Cemetery under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home.
     Born February 21, 1913 in Fisk, the son of Luther Austin and Ulala Mahala McQueen Kile. He attended Brown Ranch and Santa Anna schools. On July 22, 1939, he married Ruby Pitts in Coleman. He was a Coleman County native and a veteran of World War II. He retired in 1976 from employment as an oil field driller. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
     Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruby Pitts Kile of Coleman; a daughter, Dixie Bolen of Coleman; a sister, Mrs. Winnie Lane of Bangs; four brothers, Wesley of Coleman, Wayne of Fort Worth, Curtis of Sabinal and Ben of Abilene; and two grandchildren, Lisa Bolen and Bryan Bolen, both of Coleman.
     Pallbearers were Archie Fenton, Doc Scarborough, Fred Simonton, Howard Stephenson, E. C. Turner and Herbert Wood.
