Carter Duggins, 62, of Monahans, a former Coleman County resident, died at 1:25 p.m. Monday in Kermit after a long illness.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Stevens Memorial Chapel with burial in Santa Anna Cemetery.
Mr. Dugins was born August 10, 1905 in Coleman County. He had lived in the Liberty community near Santa Anna until 1945. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Miss Wanda Duggins of Santa Anna; three sisters, Mrs. Jane Addison of Houston, Mrs. Pearl Schwarz.
