Funeral services will be held Thursday at Hillcrest Mortuary Chapel for Evelyn Adams, 77, who died on January 15, in Bakersfield. Bishop George Russell and President E. Allen Pettit of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and Rev. Gene Bush, Pastor of Lutheran Church of Prayer will officiate. Survivors include two brothers, Norman Kyle of Bakersfield and Ramon Kyle of Calgary, Alberta, Canada; and several nieces and nephews. Hillcrest Mortuary Directors.
(Note: Evelyn was not a natural child of Elias Jacob Kyle. She was from a prior marriage of Susan Rosa Sauber and was reared by Elias Kyle.
