BERNIE KYLE
Services for Bernie B. Kyle, 67, former Hobbs an living in Summers, Ark., will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Lugin Buel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Ark.
Burial will be in Summers.
Kyle died Wednesday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Fayetteville, Ark., after a lengthy illness.
He had lived in Hobbs since 1937, until recently moving to Summers. He was a member of the Hobbs Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Johnnie Bobbitt of Hobbs and Mrs. Alice Showalter of Copan, Okla.; and two brothers, Henry Kyle and L.S. Kyle, both of Fayetteville.
(note: Bernie is buried in the same cemetery as and next to his brother, Luther Sherrod Kyle)
