Columbus J. McQueen was born 9 September 1899 in Grapeland, Houston County, Texas and died 28 October 1975 in Coleman, Coleman County, Texas. He was the son of John Morgan McQueen and Lucinda Bennie Crenshaw. He married Opal Miller 13 December 1924. She was born 29 April 1904 and died 5 August 1987.
