The State of Texas
County of Houston
Know all men by these presents that one J.T. McQueen & N.A. McQueen wife of J.T. McQueen of Houston County, and State of Texas for, and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars, to us in had paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in further consideration of have bargained, sold released and conveyed, and by these presents do bargain, sel, release, transfer, and convey unto Jno M McQueen & Daniel McQueen of Houston county, and State of Texas heirs and assigned forever, in fee simple, the following described track n parcel of land, to wit: Two hundred & four Acres of land situated in Houston county Texas about 7½ miles north of Crockett & being a part of the Henry Orender survey. Beginning at the S.W. corner of same and NW corner of Wesley Trust survey non owned by Emory Witmore--Thence N.15° W to Elkhart Creek Thence up said creek to Gas Whitley survey Thence S 15°E to south boundary of said H Orender & North line of Jno Deckeys survey--Thence S 75 W to place of beginning together with all and singular rights, members, hereditaments and improvements to the same or in any wise incident or appertaining thereto, to have and to hold, all and singular, the premises above mentioned unto the said Jno M & Daniel McQueen their heirs (and assigns forever, and we do hereby bind our heirs and legal representatives, to forever warrant and defend, all and singular, the title to the above mentioned premises unto the said Jno M & Daniel McQueen and (assigns against every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
In testimony whereof we hereunto set hands this the 2nd day of September A.D. 1892.

Before me A.J.C. Dunnam clerk of the county court in and for Houston county on this day personally appeared John T. McQueen and N.A. McQueen wife of said J.T. McQueen Known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing and attached instrument and acknowledged to me that they executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed and the said Mrs. N.A. McQueen having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband and having the same fully explained to her by me she the said Mrs. N.A. McQueen acknowledged such instrument to her act and deed and she declared that she had willingly signed the same for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and did not wish to retract it.
Given under my hand and seal of office at Crockett Texas this the 2nd day of September 1892.
