She was the daughter of Matilda Arizona Kile and Samuel Houston Duggins. She married (1) Rupert Brady Howard 21 December 1914 in Coleman County, Texas, son of George Howard and Mittie Keith. He was born 5 June 1892 in Texas, and died 8 June 1922 in Coleman County, Texas. She married (2) Charles Thomas Wright Abt. 1922. She married (3) Cyrus Addison Abt. 1930.
