James Franklin Kile was born 9 March 1875 in Williamson County, Texas, and died 26 March 1951 in Stockton State Hospital, San Joaquin County, California. He was the son of John Wesley Kile and Nancy Mary Ann Fish. He married Mattie Reed about 1900 in Texas. She was born 2 August 1866 in Mississippi, and died 20 June 1934 in Coleman, Coleman County, Texas.
