Henry Carter Duggins was born 11 August 1905 in Coleman County, Texas and died 12 February 1968 in Kermit, Winkler County, Texas. He was the son of Matilda Arizona Kile and Samuel Houston Duggins. He married Thaddie Culverwell Caton on 6 December 1924 in Abilene, Taylor County, Texas. She was born 28 March 1905 near Santa Anna, Coleman County, Texas and died 30 December 1943 in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas.
