Boyd, Idellar McGinnis, a widow, as her own separate property and estate, Evie Blocker, as her own separate property and estate, Lee McIlvain, Ireland McIlvain, Spe(n)cer Boyd, H. M. Boyd, Sallie Boyd, a widow, as her own separate property and estate, Josephine Turner, a feme sole, as her own separate property and estate, Robert Boyd, Bessie Hall Blackwell, as her own separate property and estate, Vivian Hastings, as her own separate property and estate, E. M. Patrick, Hartford Patrick, Charles Edward Hall, Luella Colvin, as her own separate property and estate, Sam Boyd, Earl Patrick, Maggie Belle Willis, as her own separate property and estate, Lula Cruse, as her own separate property and estate, and Robert Patrick, do have and recover of and from each and all of the defendants named above as Group I Defendants, Group II Defendants,/(and) Group III Defendants, the title to the following described land and premises situated in San Jacinto and Liberty Counties, Texas, hereinafter referred to as Thirteenth Tract and Fourteenth Tract:
