District Court Case 716, Book 9, pages 11-12.

 Malcomb was found to be mentally ill.  Two doctors described his condition as severe anemia, senile brain disease, and severe mal-nutrition.  The information given to the courts showed:  he had no children, his religion was the Church of Christ, he had a third grade education, his father was William Fish who died at 91 years of age and his mother was Jane Bingham who died at 70 years of age, two brothers, Sam age 65, and Louis age 67, two sisters, Lettie Smith age 75, and Mrs. Anson Wallace.  His birth date was given as the 26 September 1872, Harper, Gillespie County, Texas.  He received old age assistance and his estate of house and lot in Junction was worth about $2000.00.  His niece Margaret M. Jennings, Llano, Texas, brought this suit the 25 February 1961 at Junction.

     Malcomb's will was dated the 26th July 1969 leaving as heir his niece, Mrs. Ruby Jackson, Junction.  Assets were valued at $3000.00.  Malcomb died while in the Junction Hospital.  At the time of his death he lived at 118 Flat Rock Lane, Junction, Texas.
