THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF HOUSTON    I, W Z Harman, a citizen of said County and State, do solemnly swear that I am the identical person who was the grantee in that certain deed from W H Crenshaw and others, which conveyed to me 133 acres of land on the B F Kerr 640 acre survey in said Houston County, State of Texas, and which survey lies West of and joins the Rogers League Survey of land, dated September 27th, 1890; that I knew, since I was a child, Henry Crenshaw and W H Crenshaw who were the Grantors in that certain deed from John E Thomas and wife, dated December 10th, 1880, and recorded in Book Number 5 page 203 of the Deed Records of said Houston County, and which conveyed a part of said B F Kerr Survey, and which said 133 acres was a part of the land which was conveyed in the said deed to said Henry Crenshaw and W H Crenshaw; that the wife of said Henry Crenshaw was named Mahala Crenshaw, and she was an own aunt of mine.  The said Henry Crenshaw died about three or four years before the said deed was made to me, and his wife, my aunt, died about four or five years before the said Henry Crenshaw died.  I give the time of the deaths of said Henry Crenshaw and his wife only from my recollection but the above is correct as near as I now remember it.
After said Henry Crenshaw and W H Crenshaw bought said land, said Henry Crenshaw lived on it, and both he and his wife died while they were living on it.  Said Henry Crenshaw and wife had only three children, and they were, said W H Crenshaw, whose wife was named C J Crenshaw; A J Crenshaw and L B McQueen, who was called universally by everyboyd "Dollie" McQueen whose husband was J M McQueen; and the said W H Crenshaw, together with her husband, said J M McQueen, are the identical parties who were the grantors in the said deed to me.
I knew, as above stated, said Henry Crenshaw and his said wife practically all of my life up to the time of their death, and I am well acquainted with their family history, and know as a fact, that they only had the above mentioned three children, and that the said three children were all of their heirs at law.  Neither the said Henry Crenshaw, nor his said wife, left any will, nor were their estates, or the estate of either of them were ever administered on in any Courts, so far as I have ever heard.
