She was the daughter of Pearl Ivo Duggins and Oscar Williamson. She married (1) Red Plunkett. She married (2) Wilbur Robert Mitchell 26 June 1927 in Brown County, Texas, son of John Mitchell and Nettie Weaver. He was born 12 October 1905 in Santa Anna, Coleman County, Texas, and died 29 July 1960 in Coleman, Coleman County, Texas. She married (3) Phillip W. Elstrott Aft. 1929 in Texas. He was born 12 December 1912 in New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, and died 21 August 1993 in Gulfport, Harrison County, Mississippi.
